The North County (NCREC) Campus will be open for appointments only Tue/Thu 8am-3pm, no walk-in service. For Credentialing appointments, please email email@example.com for availability. - All fingerprint fees must be paid in the form of a Money Order or Cashier's Check payable to SDCOE or by a valid Credit Card (Visa/Mastercard only with processing fee of $3).
- Applicants must present valid photo identification (Driver license, State ID, out of State Driver license, Passport, etc.) to be printed.
- Please bring two (2) copies of each appropriate fingerprint form (Ex: Fingerprint Clearinghouse (PDF), 41-LS Fingerprinting (PDF) Form, or Livescan form provided by the requesting agency or school district).
- To be processed for two (2) different Livescan services (Ex: CTC's 41-LS form AND Clearinghouse), you must request two (2) separate appointments.
